third party. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to
which you have not consented.
Use of Information
We will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by
such individuals. Examples of such information are: name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, birthday,
and product commentary.
Credit card orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology, so rest assured that your transactions
are protected. With SSL implemented on both the client and server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted
to arrive privately and unaltered to our server only. In order for SSL security to work, you must use an

Guest satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be 100% happy with all your purchases from us. All claims
for damage or shortages must be reported within 14 days of date of receipt. No returns without return
Product Sold in Price Ranges
Due to the fact that our products are natural and each piece is unique, pricing is often done by weight or price per pound. These individual pieces are sold in a price range to allow us to better fulfill your order. These products cannot be purchased by a specific price point. Example: AMYCB/U/P/S-Polished Uruguayan Amethyst Clusters w/Cut Base in the small price range of $14.00 to $23.00. Pieces between those ranges of $14.00 and $23.00 will be pulled to fill your order. Web orders cannot calculate the exact cost of the pieces that will be pulled and are estimates only-with the final total given after the order has been pulled and invoiced. This will explain the difference in the total for the web order (estimated) and the final total excluding any shipping charges.
Backorders or Delays
We will ship in-stock merchandise immediately. We do not create backorders unless the merchandise totals $75.00 or
more and a backorder is acceptable.
Exchanges / Returns Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with
a purchase, have a damage claim or shortage, report it within 14 days of date of receipt. No returns without return
Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging.
To Return an Item to Us
Please pack your merchandise securely. Include your packing slip with a note telling us the reason for the return. Send

We will credit the original purchaser’s credit card or issue an in-house credit toward your next purchase depending
on cost of item and/or customer’s preference. Your refund/credit will be issued upon receipt of returned
Shipping Charges on Exchanges / Returns
If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Shipment of a
replacement item of equal or lesser value is free of charge; however, if you would like to upgrade your shipping
method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of additional items and shipping charges.
If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.
Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges.
If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologize. You will be reimbursed for the cost of
returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
**PLEASE NOTE!!** Some of our products are dyed with a mineral based dye. As with most artificially colored items, if these products are used or left in a wet environment, it may cause the dye to bleed from the stone. Pikes Peak Rock Shop will not be responsible for damage caused by using this product in a wet or damp environment.
