We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable
information regarding our customers to any third party. Any information
you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be
used in ways to which you have not consented.
Use of Information
We will not collect any personal information about individuals except
when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. Examples
of such information are: name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number,
birthday, and product commentary.
Credit card orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology,
so rest assured that your transactions are protected. With SSL implemented
on both the client and server, information sent via the Internet can be
trusted to arrive privately and unaltered to our server only. In order
for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. For more

Guest satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be 100% happy
with all your purchases from us. All claims for damage or shortages must
be reported within 10 days of date of receipt. No returns without return authorization.
Backorders or Delays
We will ship in-stock merchandise immediately. We do not keep backorders
unless over $50 and requested by the customer.
Exchanges / Returns Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, have a damage
claim or shortage, report it within 10 days of date of receipt. No returns without

To Return an Item to Us
Pack your merchandise securely. Include your packing slip with a note
telling us the reason for the return. Send the package via a traceable

We will credit the original purchaser's credit card or issue an on-line
gift certificate, depending on the original payment method. Look for your
refund, issued upon receipt of returned merchandise.
Effective November 1st, 2006 we will no longer pay damage claims for orders shipped via the U.S. Post Office. This applies to orders both inside and outside the United States. Per Postal Regulations the RECEIVER is responsible for filing damage claims and is the only one who can recieve a claims payment. If you have any questions please call or write.
Shipping Charges on Exchanges /
If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost
of returning it to us. Shipment of a replacement item of equal or lesser
value is free of charge; however, if you would like to upgrade your shipping
method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost
of additional items and shipping charges.
If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for
the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you
for the original shipping charges.
If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologize.
You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and
you will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
