According the ancient masters of alchemy, the Boji is the “philosopher” stone.  Normally used in pairs, practitioners use a “male” stone on the left side of the body, and a “female” stone on the right.  While not actually magnetic, the two Boji stones are known to cause a push/pull sensation when facing each other, which explains their use in balancing the body’s meridians.
